Storage & Thawing

Store frozen at -18°C to maintain freshness and quality.

When ready to feed:

Quick Thaw: Add warm (not boiling) water to cubes and allow to cool before serving
Slow Thaw: Place in a sealed container in the fridge overnight; use within 1–3 days once thawed
Can also be served partially frozen, especially in warmer weather or for pets who enjoy added texture.
