Refund & Returns Policy

At Pets Warehouse, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read the following conditions carefully.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• All returned items must be:
• In their original packaging
• Unused and in resellable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• If approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
