How does it work?

VetSense Otiderm for dogs, cats, and horses works by creating a low pH environment (pH 2–3) that helps break down dead tissue without harming healthy cells. The organic acids loosen collagen in necrotic tissue, causing it to absorb water and swell. This makes debris, wax and devitalised tissue easier to remove from the ear canal or wound surface, while healthy tissue remains protected due to its natural buffering capacity.
